Solid place for pho. Don't be fooled by the seemingly dead strip mall, the place is in here
The cha gio were decent. The wrapper was good, there was something slightly off with the filling. I thought the menu said it came with noodles, but mine did not. The plate for cha gio burritos was great otherwise
The ice coffee was pretty darn good. Nice coffee/milk flavor to it, ice creamy but not overly
The pho was just OK. The broth was missing depth. The beef flavor was there and the hint of lime. I wonder if it was just light on the fish sauce or the other spices. The meat was well sliced, though, and they have white pepper.
There is still better in the city, but I also didn't have the Bahn Cohn (sp) so that could be my issue not theirs
