  • If I could give this company zero stars I would. Assigned this company from my home warranty company. WHAT A JOKE! Customer service the worst. Two techs came to home due to heating problem. First tech stated problem then never heard back for follow up repair. After repeated calls different tech came out over a week later and stated first tech misdiagnosed. This tech did not fix the problem. After three scheduled appointments to come back, no tech showed on any of the three appointments. Never received a call on two of the missed appointments. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are also owned by Higginbotham & Sons, so stay away from that company, too!!!!!!!!!!!! I think its a joke that Yelp has moved 3 negative reviews to not recommended. They all repeat what is stated here!!!!
