  • We moved to Arizona from upstate New York in July of 2015. Before this move, which was due to a job transfer, my family and I came to the Gilbert area and rented a house in Power Ranch for over a week to get a "feel" for Gilbert and the surrounding areas. After spending some time in other towns and driving through different communities, we decided that we did indeed want to purchase a home in Power Ranch. Since the decision was a bit of a last minute one, we reached out to Randy and Janine a day before we were to leave. They met with us that same day at their office and they set up some "walk-throughs" of some houses the next day before we left. Although we didn't find our house in that trip, they were had a good feel for what we were looking for in a home. After we got back to NY, they kept in touch with us and we booked a trip back to Gilbert with the intention of buying a home. Janine kept us apprised of a house that was coming on the market which we ended up buying. After putting in our offer, they gave us contact information on people such as painters, interior designers, and so forth; Most of these people lived right in the community as well which was convenient. After closing on the house, they gave us a nice gift and continue more than a year later to do these types of "appreciation"gifts. They had a picnic for buyers who purchased their homes within the last year. They also have movie nights and occasionally, we find little treats hanging from our doorknob from them. I have never experienced realtors who continue to do such gestures as Randy and Janine. They also help out at events at the Schools within Power Ranch and give back to the community. They live within the community as well, so they are familiar with the type of homes, neighborhoods within it. Also, and their office is right on a main corner of Power Ranch, so it's very convenient. I consider them to be the "go to" realtors of Power Ranch. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
