Wish I could leave negative stars! Sent 4 pieces of art to CA, 2 were very damaged! They packed them with saran wrap and placed all in a big box with popcorn. For the amount they charged for packing (almost $40), it should have been protected very well and not stacked on top of one another. When I called, said name Lee, didn't even apologize. All he kept saying was he did not do it...nice customer service, lol. Will never give my business to this UPS store again, and hope you choose wisely as well!!
