  • This is the worst, shadiest, most unprofessional moving company I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a lot. Do not use them! I had looked up moving companies for my move to Alaska from Las Vegas. I did not contact Revolution. They contacted me. Glen from Revolution calls out of the blue and says his company has the best prices to Alaska. I told him all of what I was moving. He quoted a price of $3500. I could not afford that and took off almost all of my furniture because I could replace it in Alaska. All I kept was my bed since it was new, my couch, and a chair. Glen told me $2000. I was thrilled because I could afford that. He took a small deposit and scheduled my move for July 27, 2017. When the movers came they looked at what I had and told me that the move would cost $3800. Mind you, I had 2 Christmas trees, a full bed frame and mattress, and 6 extra boxes. I had to be out of the apartment the next day so I agreed to the price wondering how I was going to pay that when they delivered my things. I gave them an additional $900 toward what I owed and they took my things. Fast forward to September 6, 2017. I contacted Cassie and told her not to move my things as I was returning to Las Vegas. Not surprising, but they were still in Las Vegas waiting to be shipped. I estimated that I would be back in Vegas in mid November. Cassie said that I still owed the entire $3800 as I was under contract. I asked if they could work with me on the price as though my items never moved. She said she would see what they could do. I did not hear from Cassie for a while. I called the company and turns out Cassie no longer worked for the company. I was referred to Kayla. She told me that I would owe $120 a month for the storage of my things. I had to change my drop off date to January 2018 because of a hiring freeze with my company. Kayla told me I owed $1140 in order to get my things dropped off. I told her that I already paid $1000. She said that they had no record of that. I told her that I have my bank statements so I was set. She told me to call back once it was closer to my drop off date. January 2018 comes along and I called for a drop off date. Jessica at the company told my I owed $900. I told her that I already paid $1000. She said I owed $900 more. I told her everything I was told by phone and email by their company. She said that I had assumed that I owed $140 which is what I had thought. She was beginning to get rude so I asked to speak with her supervisor. She said that she was sitting right there and would transfer me. She transferred me to Kayla. I asked Kayla if she had my emails. She became unprofessional and said yes, they don't disappear. I told her what I was told and she stated again that I owed $900 because of the amount of space my things took up on the truck. The movers came January 12, 2018. Here is where things got interesting. My brand new bed was stained and the frame was rusted. I asked what had happened. They said they did not know. All they do is deliver the stuff. I officially finished unpacking my boxes today, which is why I waited to write this review. My boxes were falling apart, crushed in, retaped, and mistreated. They could not be reused because they were in such bad condition. I have many broken items. Refer to the pictures. This is now a moving company. The essentially find a truck that is heading to where your things are going and rent space from them. They crush your boxes down and throw your stuff around in order to make as many things as possible fit on the truck. And my stuff didn't go anywhere but their warehouse. Essentially they charged me $1900 for pick up, 6 months of storage, and drop off in the same location. Glen, Cassie, Jessica, Kayla, and Karen are dishonest thieves. They will say anything to get your money and then treat you like trash. Do not use their company!! 6/10/18 Update: The company responded that we had "communication errors". No, your company lied. What are you going to do about that? What are you going to do for all of the other people you lied to and who's items you destroyed? You have a proven pattern of behavior that takes advantage of hard working customers. If you were so interested in helping me you would make things right. The only reason my move was stressful was because of your so called company. You deserve to be out of business.
