Rude customer service on more than one visit. Insisted on $5 min to use my credit card, THEN tell me after I get my order than wifi is down. I bought nearly $10 when I wanted to just spend $3, so I could enjoy a snack and wifi. Horrible experience. Team needs to be trained on customer service, politeness, the value of a smile and greeting, and that they can be replaced by a wiser person of the same age (assuming 18-22 was the ages of the 4-5 team members working when I visited just now).
