  • I wouldn't even give this place a one star if I could!! I brought my puppy one time for a grooming and cleaning, after that she had some kind of reaction of constant itching, licking, biting, dandruff and dripping goo out of her eyes. Iv taken 4 separate times here and each time they give us some bogus pills and suggestions for food, bathing, and grooming that never worked. Last time I took my pup I took her in at 8am and asked them to run some tests and find out what's the issue was. They didn't let me pick her up till 5pm at night after I called every 30 mins and hung up on twice. I got there to get her, I was told she's fine and has no issues???? I said wtf do you mean?did you run a blood test or anything, do you not see that she is covered in dandruff right now as we speak. This lady began to tell me well you can buy these steroid pills that might help, which was over $100 that only gets ten in the bottle. So what happens after that amount is gone? Does it just magically go away? Avoid this place at all cost! The people there don't give a shite, youre just another dollar sign to them.
