  • Lived here for two years and recently moved out because I bought a house. Let me just start by saying that I am a very clean and organized person, but at the time of move out I wanted to make sure that the apartment was left in good condition and I wouldn't have to be responsible for anything random so I paid for their $150 Express Move Out which basically means I get to move out without cleaning and they take care of the rest. Again- I am already a very clean person as is. The apartment was in above average to good condition and as I was certain I would not hear from them again. THEN I get an email stating that they're charging me $125 for carpet stain removal?? I had a NO SHOE policy in my home and had a large area rug covering the majority of the living room. What stains are they referring to??? There was nothing but normal (light) wear and tear from living there TWO YEARS. Not to mention the carpets were just cleaned less than a year ago! So I emailed them asking for clarification and letting them know that I paid for the Express Move Out because I wanted to go above and beyond to be good with them and now this? All they said was that the Express Move Out didn't included stain removal. What stains??? Not to mention, can anyone explain to me in which universe removing carpet stains costs $125??? They're charging me to clean their carpets PLUS remove these 'carpet stains' I'm completely unaware of. I will never recommend this apartment complex to anyone I know. So much for tenant appreciation... Other Downsides: -Very thin walls. -Horrible parking. -My neighbor kept leaving her trash outside her door. -Hot water was constantly running out (and it was only my 3 year old son and I).
