Where do I start. Intimate atmosphere, great service, and a gastronomic treat. The highlight of our Vegas dining. A mind boggling list of wines and beers. Especially enjoyed the concept of wine "flights" where you can try four wines at a time.
Most dishes are served "tapas" style (small portions) which are great for sharing. The flatbreads are a bit larger and will easily replace two smaller plates. Recommend a flatbread and two other plates for a couple. (Leave room for desert)
The diver sea scollops were delicious. Next we had the stuffed ravioli, again delicious. The beef sirloin medallions with caramelized onion were to die for. Then we had a flatbread with cheese, onion and truffle oil. Soooo good. Should have ordered the flatbread earlier and dropped the stuffed ravioli (hard choice).
You have to leave room for desert! We had beignets (French doughnuts) with vanilla, chocolate and strawberry dipping sauces. We also had a dish with pistachio ice cream, blood orange sorbet and tropical sorbet. A perfect way to top off a fantastic meal.
For the most part, the service staff was excellent. They were very knowledgable and helpful when making selections. Perfect attention to detail. My only problem was that our hostess had tables on both ends of the restaurant. So at times it would be several minutes before she could check in on us. Had a very informative and enjoyable chat with Ralph D (manager). Asked him to convey our compliments to the chef. Highly recommended.
