  • I am very surprised by the negative reviews and am glad that I didn't let them influence my decision to buy the dealfind for a year of dermabrasion. It's a great deal and I like Erica so much that I've also purchased a monthly membership to her day spa and am having my son see her as well. Yes, calls are sometimes not returned promptly. But Erica is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. She takes a LOT of time with you and really educates you about your skin and skincare products. Her prices are very reasonable and she does an excellent job. I've already noticed an improvement in my skin (after two treatments). I don't know why one reviewer referred to her store as "ghetto." It is small, but very comfortable and attractively furnished and spotless. The writing on the window doesn't bother me. Yes, it's in a strip mall, but isn't most everything these days? I really hope my review doesn't get filtered as have all the other positive reviews. I am an avowed Yelper, consulting it for everything, but I have to say that the fact that all the positive reviews have been filtered does shake my confidence in Yelp. Erica does not deserve the bad rap!
