Horrible customer service. Waiting on hold for over twenty minutes but recording keeps saying I'm first caller in the que. Brenda finally answers and picks up and says please hold so I wait another 5 minutes. I call into the office Monday morning at 9am speak to Joey who says we don't normally do Sams day service but since cooler is spilling all over we will take care of you today. I arrive at home at 4pm still no cooler I call back the 2x speak with Joey again who guarantees we will have a new cooler today. Still no cooler no call no follow up, which I could appreciate. I call back Tuesday speak to Joey and he says oh repair guys wasn't here Monday so that's why they didn't bring one yesterday?!? Ummm that's not what I was told. Now I'm upset since the same Joey that took my call,guaranteed service is now telling me he gave me wrong me all wrong information. JOEY says oh he has a used one on the truck but I'll have him come back and make sure he brings you a new one. I ask Joey to please have Kevin the manager/owner call me and I ask can you please call me once tbh fa are delivered. He says YES. I get neither a call back, a call from Kevin and an old stinky white coolers although less than 30 days they charged me over $120 for a new one??!? Makes you wonder where they get the water from. Not to mention a few jugs we received had water bugs in it? Horrible water company. Customers pay for convenience and service... after having no water for 5 days we've had to go buy more bottle water.
