rev:text	This is not the correct location. I copied not find the Henderson location on South Pecos on here. I would NEVER recommend this place. Although my wait was very short maybe 30 mins from time I checked in to the time of check out. Which eas a very nice surprise seeing as you are at most doctors offices for 1+ hours. The doctor spent maybe 2 mins me. Literally. I didn't have time to ask questions let alone feel any kind of comfort. Then he had a "nurse" I'm guessing she was come in to fit me for some soft wrist braces. She fit them. Cut then to fit my thumbs. NOT ONCE WAS ANY OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES DISCUSSED (guess that's my fault for not asking). Upon check out (after already paying my insurance copay at time of check in) making my follow up appt... I was then TOTALLY BLINDSIDED that I owe $110 for the wrist braces! I was appalled! I understand how insurance deductibles work. BUT NOTHING WAS DISCUSSED ABOUT AN OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES BEFORE PUTTING THESE BRACES ON ME! I was told that their staff "should have" discussed this with me in the exam room. As I continued to tell the front desk girl that it was not discussed & that I do not have $110 & how absolutely rude & blindsiding this is. She just kept trying to explain how insurance works & they can bill me. & ALL OF THIS AWESOME FINANCIAL MATTER WAS DISCUSSED WITH A WAITING ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE. as they didn't check me out behind the doors. I was not only completely blindsided. I was then embarrassed in front of a room of people. I took the braces off left then there & I BETTER NOT RECEIVE A BILL OR I WILL CONTACT NEWS 13!
