I purchased a Groupon for blow-dry, updo, and makeup and called the salon on September 13 to make an appointment for October 7. I arrive at the salon and the lady tells me that the "system" shows no appointment for 3 o'clock and the makeup artist is not even here. She agrees however to to my updo but in between the other customers who have appointments...so the system shows everybody's appointment, but mine. I've been here 1hour and 20min already and I only got my hair washed so far....
I know businesses are not happy with Groupon policies, but it's not the customers fault. They shouldn't use Groupon services. So even though I paid for 2 things I'm just gonna be getting one. I have a wedding to attend in 2 hours and no make up or updo done!!!!!!! Extremely unhappy and frustrated.....
