  • Really love that an H&M opened up right near me but every time I go inside the store, there's something wrong. Either the upstairs cash registers don't work, upstairs fitting room is blocked off for some odd reason or the cashiers downstairs are understaffed and you're forced to wait 10-30 minutes in line. However, most of the staff is very friendly and will greet you and check up on you if it looks like you need help or assistance. The prices are very cheap and the quality is very nice. They always keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and still have that deal of donating three articles of clothing and getting 15% off your entire purchase. Reason for the four stars is because each visit there is something wrong with the store and overall the store lacks structure when it gets busy.
