  • I hate to give this place one star, as I had a blast in spin classes there. Super instructors, very clean, and great class space. BUT forget about getting a return email for customer service in a timely manner, and fat chance getting any erroneous charges refunded. There's no phone number to reach anyone, and you'll get lip service instead of resolutions. This is outrageous, and I really wish their customer service was up to par with what you'd expect from such a high end studio. I wouldn't recommend signing up for any kind of monthly membership here.
