  • I moved into my home about two years ago and the trees were looking great. Fast forward to now, I have a large queen palm that looks very unhealthy and a few other trees right behind it. I called Heartwood and they scheduled a visit for the same week. Howard was able to quickly diagnose what I was doing wrong. From there he gave me a ton of information about my citrus, ash and remaining queen palms so I can keep them in good health. Howard was professional, very knowledgeable and super helpful. Honestly, I would have paid a lot more for his consultation but don't tell him I said that. :)
