Second time coming to this movie theater and they gave us such a hard time about not printing out our tickets that we bought from costco. But the last time I came the front desk said that I was about to just show them the phone to scan. After a few minutes of argument they asked the manager to verify if they could scan from the phone. Which in the end they did. Would have saved us time if they just did it from the beginning cause it took like 4 second. Everything worked fine.. Their service here is terrible.
