  • I have not eaten at Plank and actually I have never even been there. So how do I write a review and give a 5 star rating at that. Well...here's why. I was looking to send a restaurant gift card as a b'day gift for my sister who lives in the area. I live in San Francisco BTW. It turns out to be more difficult that I thought to find a card online that could be delivered electronically. Come on Canada! I decided to call Plank since they had good reviews and see if there was a way to purchase a gift card through the phone and get it out to my sister. I was lucky to get Melody when I called. Since I only had a day to get the gift out to my sister, she offered to go personally drop it off!! What?? Awesome! This is customer service! Melody deserved a raise and a promotion.
