  • Not a great experience being a new patient. I had an appointment confirmed for a certain time and a lady from there called me literally 45 minutes before my schedule time wanting me to come in right then. I let her know that I can not because I am at work but I will be able to leave in time to make my preplanned scheduled appointment. She told me that they would NOT BE able to do any cleaning, only an exam and x-rays. This was such an inconvenience because not only was it a confirmed appointment I has made in advance but also I had scheduled time off work to leave early. Not very good customer service on their end. Needless to say, I let them know I would not be present. I do NOT recommend this place.
