  • Jennifer is AWESOME!!! I think my main reason to rent was because of Jennifer and the manager Mike, I left 4 stars because i just moved in and haven't really had the chance to review apartment since its only been 2 days, but can just give 5 stars in writing for Customer Service for now. Monogram is consistent as a company and so far everything is well maintained. I can only say hopefully in the future they can make the windows sound proof with noise canceling panels as it would help out a lot, especially the units facing CAT with trucks and near St. Rose highway, but its not bad for what they currently have. Love my apartment layout and the high ceilings with loft on the third floor. Still need to review maintenance issues as they arise, but I am sure won't be a problem, so far so good :)
