  • Extremely dissatisfied.... we were referred to Ace In The Hole Plumbing by our home warranty company First American. They came to the house to look at our water heater and said that they had to order a part and schedule a return visit..... It has been over a week and we haven't heard anything back. Voice mails have also been left with no return call. We have requested another company through First Am.
