  • I have to agree with the other reviews the maintenance and staff in the office are great and very approachable. I have to disagree with the comment that it is quiet. I can hear everything the neighbors above me do. The walls are so thin and that is why I will be leaving after living here for 2 years. That's why I'm giving Iron Gate 3 stars. If it weren't for the very loud neighbors, it would get 5.
