| - I've been wanting to visit the Gilbert Farmers Market for a few months now, but kept missing the noon end-time.. I'm glad that I finally got over there though, it's full of friendly vendors selling their homemade items that range from produce, sweets, soaps, and seasoning spices! Definitely try to go earlier rather than later, just because popular vendors often sell out of items before 11!
I went with the specific intent of finding gourmet doggie treats as a thank you for a friend, and I was pleasantly surprised to find several options! I ended up going to the "Happy Tails Barkery" where I bought their Apple Cinnapaws and Peanut Butter Lover treats. I liked that the owner lists all of her ingredients, and spent time talking through all of her options with me.. I definitely had more than a few questions, and I truly appreciated that she was so accommodating :)
I also ended up going to "Bello Caramels" where I impulse bought caramels for my friend as well.. she gave me samples and talked me through all of her different flavors, which I really appreciated! Plus, her caramels are SO delicious.. omg I'm considering going back next week to get more for myself!
While there I also visited "Great Harvest Bakery" -their blueberry cheesecake bread is amaaaazing.. I've gone to their stores in other states before, and this stall lived up to my past experiences :) make sure you also look at the different food trucks too - they're delicious and add to the whole farmers market experience!!
