I don't think this place is bad. I think it's catered to be a quick and clean restaurant like an Asian Panera for Americans. But I can't say it's good and that I'd ever come back. We could see Asian ladies making bao buns. I'm sure their recipes are very different at home.
If you're a foodie who likes authentic ethnic cuisine, don't come here. It's not just Americanized chinese food but extremely Americanized food. It's like going from eating stone oven pizza in Italy to eating microwave pizza rolls in America. No wonder I couldn't spot a single other Asian person in here.
-green veggie wonton - steamed instead of fried. they were good but very salty.
-pork and bean noodle - I had a noodle since I'm vegetarian, and the texture was too soft, almost soggy but my boyfriend said it was okay.
-tofu salad - literally just tofu with sesame oil poured over it, green onions, and corn flakes
My boyfriend and I just wanted to try a new place in the area but we received the recommendation from non-Asian friends about an Asian place.
3 stars because it was very clean and presentable and the service was friendly.
