This location is smaller and doesn't have as much merchandise as the Eaton centre. However, it's less chaotic, but still crazy. The organization of this store is strange as they stock random items in odd corners. It might be that it's just the last one left. Even if that doesn't bother you, the sales associates are always trying to tidy up the place. If you need help or assistance, try searching around for someone who's folding. Usually they'll give you a quick response and send you on your way. It's even worse when you're ready to pay because the line goes on for ages and they only have 1 or 2 people working on their cash register. Whoever manages this store - please put more people on staff because you need it!
Alternatively, the men's section above is well-stocked and it's not busy at all so you can easily get someone to help you. There was a lovely cashier who helped me upstairs and then ended up coming down for backup to help clear the line and ring me through again. Bottom line is that if you're a brotha then you should come here. Otherwise, my cute little butt is still in search for the best Zara in the city.
