rev:text	From the look of some of these other reviews, it looks like cleanliness and customer service are not amongst the priorities at this restaurant. Like some other reviewers, one of the guests in our party found a dead ROACH in their drink that ruined our entire dinner. Since this doesn't seem to be a rare occurrence, I feel obligated to warn others and post this review. Unfortunately, this wasn't the worse part. After telling our server that this was completely unacceptable, we waited another 15 minutes before the manager on duty would speak with us. I explained that we had to cut our dinner short and that we didn't feel comfortable paying for the meal. If this happened at any other establishment, the meal would be comp'd. But, at Frank and Lupe's, service isn't exactly their main concern. The manager continued to insist that he couldn't give any further discount than 30%. I re-iterated that this was a matter of cleanliness and that our entire dinner was cut short as the rest of my party was completely disgusted and had lost their appetite. The manager wouldn't budge and claimed the owner would fire him if he gave any further discount (?). Since we didn't seem to be making any progress, we begrudgingly paid the bill and left. I sincerely wanted to walk out of there and not pay anything. I understand that things can happen but, management should have done the right thing. Not to mention, someone could get sick from the way this kitchen is kept. I will never, ever go back to this restaurant again. Absolutely disgusted...
