  • Let me be more clear and "specific" in my review for the people of the world who need more detail. This individual was jointly selected by ex-wife and ex-husband to be parent coordinator. The individual I speak of is David Weinstock. Weinstock was assigned and is expensive. Mother whined that she could not pay. Weinstock, per his own retainer agreement, doesn't care if you can't pay. You pay or he tells the court and moves forward without you. Instead of a call being scheduled with the court he was recused. He was then reappointed. After being reappointed she again whined she could not pay so she recused herself. This resulted in NO PC being assigned to this case for 10 months. In high conflict divorce cases it is unacceptable to not have a PC for this length of time. He did not follow his own guidelines. He begged off the case because ex-wife couldn't pay. No feedback or replies were given to emails. Retainer was sucked up quite quickly and it took a while and a nasty email to get it back. Expensive waste of time.
