  • At first we weren't certain that we had made the best choice when our water heater went out. They initially canceled on us twice and then the replacement was very inconvenient as it took 12 hours for the job to be completed. Long story short, we ended up being satisfied when the job was completed and we appreciated how kind Jeff was and for his thoroughness of completing the job so we could have our hot water restored.
