OK - these guys need to go back to school. They replace their counter staff about every two days - and they should. I stood in line for a cup of decaf that was poured from a thermal carafe and tasted at least a day old. The guy behind me stood in line for no less than 10+ minutes, only to find out they did not have a jelly donut to sell him.
WHY is it so hard to make a good cup of coffee and a provide a jelly donut?
Becuase whoever owns this Dunkin Donuts probably doesn't know a damn thing about customer service, consistency, or business.
Watch for this one to be gone in a few months - if that long.
