  • Decided on buying my fish from this shop after scouting out the different shops around Las vegas. I really like the shop because the tanks are mostly clean if not immaculate. I have to take off one star because I felt like the staff member that was helping me in the store was very pushy and was really trying to force a sale on me. I told him that I was interested in a type of fish and he showed me plenty of options which is nice but then he said "your going to buy a XXXX fish right?". It almost seemed like if I wasn't interested that he wouldn't have helped me. Also I told him that I was interested in a certain type of fish but he tried to show me other fish that I wasn't interested in, even after I told him that wasn't what I wanted. I also had some questions that he wasn't able to answer that he had to go ask to one of the other staff members in the shop. The shop is nice and the prices are fair which is why I like this place but the person that helped me needs to be better trained. If you work in a fish shop for a living you need to be knowledgeable about fish. I just feel like if he knew that he was unable to assist me he should have referred me to another employee.
