  • I went to pick up my glasses today and I must say... EXCELLENT... greeted at the door when I arrived and there was a sense of happy versus the other times I had been in. My glasses are perfect this time and I am more than happy. I can tell you that the manager Cynthia is the best... she is knowledgeable, professional and made what had started to turn into a FIASCO a pleasure in the end. She personally did my adjustments and made 100% sure that I was happy and that my vision was improved from the glasses.
