I don't exercise often... And when I do I tend to find some sort of fitness class and quickly get bored with it. I really need something to help tone me up. I have jiggly thighs the size of Texas and basically no core strength so barre classes were recommended to help.
I read the reviews and though I was a bit terrified I figured I'd give these guys a shot. I've only gone a few times so far and I love it. By no means is this class easy. It kicks my butt and feels great. I can actually feel it working.
The instructors are great with helping move you to the position you should be in and where you should feel it. Feeling lost is normal and no one makes you feel stupid or intimidated. Everyone there is just focusing on their own movements. If you are looking for a class that will tone you up and kick your butt, give these guys a try.
