| - This is without a doubt the worst pharmacy we have ever come across. First, their app for the phone is ridiculous and rarely works, secondly they'll say they have a prescription ready and 7 times out of 10 it's not. Thirdly, they say they'll contact the doctor's office when they have to on their end and they don't.. Fourth, they have one counter for pick up and we live in an area where many people are on medications and if the line is long they don't have 2 people help (as far as I've ever seen) and you'll see about 5 workers in the back with their heads down either ignoring you, MAYBE working, or just back there goofing off! I understand they need some free time, but get the customers taken care of and then goof off. Oh, and it's funny how you ask them for help and they're rude to you like you're bothering them when you're next in line and then say they can't handle something but I'll go out to my car and sit in the drive through and voila, they can help, and sometimes it's the SAME person you just spoke with at the counter.. I've had it.. This morning I called about my daughter's meds that they've promised for a week and was on hold for 10 minutes and finally hung up.. Going back to Walgreens, I don't care if I have to drive 5 extra miles to get there, I'll still save time. Grrrr....
