UPDATE: After months of having posted this review the owner called me and apologized for the service. She said she was unaware of what had been happening with her company as others in charge were hiding things from her and ultimately ended up being fired. She fully refunded the cost. But that changes nothing- she can't rewind time and redo the bridal hair and makeup how it should have been done :(

1/3/2013: Below is the email I sent the owner, Stevee, on Dec 6th, just a few days after my wedding on Nov 24th... I have not gotten a reply to this day.
VERY DISSATISFIED WITH DAY OF SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE :(
Hello Stevee,
I wanted to thank you for your help during the hair and make up selection process for my wedding. I appreciate you working with us and honoring the military rate.
I wanted to inform you that I had a few issues regarding the services provided. (I just returned from honeymoon otherwise I would have emailed earlier.) The girl who did the work was very nice (so sorry I can't remember her name, I think it was Michelle or Amanda) but I wish she had done a few things differently. She said that she was not instructed to take bridal eye lashes, which I was under the impression were part of the bridal makeup package based on the website info. She had enough time to go to CVS to get a pair of lashes so she did so. She put them on and left while the lashes were still drying (I had white glue on my eyes when she left) so when I got to the ceremony venue I noticed before walking down the aisle that the black eyeliner was totally crooked and uneven so I had to ask the venue workers for eyeliner to fix it. I was able to even it out so it turned out fine at the end.
Also, I explained to the stylist that I would be wearing a veil and needed something as part of the hairdo to make the veil stay in place. She looked at the comb and said it was of good quality and that it would stay. I told her I knew my hair and that it's pretty thin and I knew it would fall off easily if something wasn't done to help it stay. She said not to worry that it'd be fine. The veil kept sliding off the entire time. Even as I walked down the aisle I had it positioned up high at the top of my head so the sides would cover my shoulders and it ended up sliding down to the back of my head. It was terrible, I thought it was going to fall off as I was walking because I felt it sliding more and more with each step. I even had to fix it as i walked down the aisle and during the ceremony. I eventually had to use a scrunchie to hold up some of my hair so I could keep the veil in place later on during the reception. The worst part was that the only thing around was a black scrunchie so it looks very ugly in the pictures :( I found myself adjusting the veil most of the time I wore it. My hair didn't stay curled for long either and after 3 hours I barely had a few front waves.
The makeup artist also did my mom's makeup but it didn't look that great. She looked pale and her eyebrows weren't even darkened a little to make her look prettier. When she finished it was then time to go so my mom didn't say anything due to time constraints.
Although my husband thought I looked beautiful, I didn't feel as beautiful as I thought I would because of these things and I wish it had been different. I want to make you aware if the situation so it can be taken into account when working with future brides. It's our special day and it's very sad when one of the most important aspects doesn't go as it's supposed to. Not only will it affect the day of, but also the pictures that hold the memories since they reflect all of the problems that could have been easily avoided (see attached images). I hope you understand my position in this matter. Thank you again for your help and advice during this process.
