  • We are in the mist of a kitchen reno and went to the annual boxing day sale at Caplans. They have the best customer service, there was a valet person making sure you were parked legally so not to get a ticket. On entering Mrs. Caplan was there to greet and offer coffees and baked goods while you waited and browsed their great inventory . We made a big purchase for us and the sales rep. Joseph really knew his stuff. We got exactly what we needed in our budget. They also had a warehouse to hold them until we needed them in 6 weeks. Thank you Caplans you made a huge expenditure so easy and we can't wait to have them in our new kitchen.
