I dropped off some pants and asked them to mend a small hole in the seam, and they indicated they could fix it. When picking up the pants they looked great - but the first day I wore them again, the hole reopened. After dropping off the pants again and explaining the situation, they later called and indicated they didn't believe that they had been the ones to fix the pants last time, so they would not fix it for free and it would now cost another $10 to repair the hole. Any business might do poor work occasionally... no problem if they take care of it. But to refuse all responsibility and basically call me a liar was not appreciated. Very disappointing customer service.
