Nestled in the heart of downtown, behind the hubbub of Freemont Street, Carson's kitchen was a quaint little eatery with a friendly staff and delicious eats. Not a full 5 stars for me because I thought their drink menu was more extensive than their food menu.
The menu is designed for sharing and that we did.. I'm not a fan of chicken skin, or animal skin of any kind but I took a little nibble just to say I tried it; flavors were great, almost bacon-like. Mac and cheese was my absolute favorite, rich and delicious.
With a dual outdoor patios, one upstairs and down, it really rounds out the extension of the restaurant.
All in all, Carson's kitchen is worth a try and I definitely will be a repeat offender.
