Every time I go to this place, I leave shocked at how people can be so rude. Today started by getting in line and watching an agent attempt to make the poor newly married couple in front of us look incompetent. Instead of being helpful, she spoke down her nose to them. They had legitimate questions about changing her name, and instead left in a hurry because of the example this horrible agent was trying to make out of them. So sad! Then, we sat down at the desk and began changing over the title and completing proper paperwork to do this. Agent Carol assisted us. I don't understand why each Agent must be so defensive as soon as you get to their desk. She asked, "Do you work?!" We weren't sure at first who she was talking to, so she began saying it over and over again. The final time long and drawn out like we were three years old. I was appalled. No one was saying anything because we couldn't believe how ridiculous the situation was. Then, after realizing we were clearly upset, she tried to be nice after the fact. Not good enough when it comes to customer service!! Please don't speak down your nose to people. When we know we don't need the emissions test, please listen to us. I don't appreciate being cut off or spoken down to. The world would be a better place if people would just be NICE!
