Lies and deception this is a horrible way to start my day On my way to work this morning I decided to stop and pick up donuts for everyone at the office I ordered a dozen and a half Donuts mix variety box the half box that I received was mixed but the donuts that I picked out we're not there instead I received a box of glazed donuts I called the store and spoke to one of the ladies there and I also called the owners number which is printed on the bottom of the receipt he told me that it is impossible for them to have given me the wrong Donuts I informed him that I would be able to send him a picture of the donuts and the receipt of the donuts that I had just purchased after sending the photo I called him back and he told me that he doesn't know where I got the donuts from but it's impossible that they gave me the wrong Donuts and then he proceeded to say bring the donuts back and they will give you the donuts that you picked so I told him I don't understand what you're trying to do but you're trying to call me a liar and he said no I just don't understand where you got those donuts from if you don't understand where I got the donuts from why would you replace them with the correct Donuts it's crazy because I go there on Saturdays to pick up donuts for my family but now I would rather go to Dunkin Donuts or any other donut shop to buy donuts then to ever step foot in another Winchell's I am completely disgusted with the way that the owner has handled the situation this is no way to run a business and no way to treat a customer
