  • The younger staff here is ALWAYS nice and polite. I come here 2 times a week as well as my husband and we have always enjoyed it. Came today and the staff was so RUDE. Had paid for the managers special that comes with the scent and rag but when entering the wash they didn't offer it to us this old lady just started spraying the car down. I waited for her to finish spraying and then rolled my window down to ask for the scent. She looked straight at me and ignored me so i spoke louder thinking maybe she didn't hear me cause the machine. Finally she walked over and I told her i needed a scent and a rag and she rolled her eyes and walked over got a rag and threw it in the window. The car wash was already in process so I couldn't keep the window down due to the spray. After the wash was completed we parked in a spot to vacuum and walked up to her to get a scent and she said "you don't get a towel and rag with the $6 wash" I told her I paid for the managers special and not the $6 basic and showed her the receipt. She then proceeded to tell me. "Well we changed the policy and if you don't ask for one you don't get one at all period" mind you I asked SEVERAL TIMES FOR ONE again she handed me one and turned away so I walked back to my car. This heavier man walks over and asks what the issue is and we explained to him and he agreed with the lady saying the policy changed where you must ask we told him over and over again we asked her several times and her rudeness was uncalled for. He tried to argue but at this point i told my family member to ignore his ignorant ass and just clean the car ?. Doesn't make sense how they were so rude but couldn't even apologize for their mistake. While we were vacuuming 3 more people went up and complained about the SAME DAMN THING!! Get it together people.
