| - This place is like something out of the 1950s, in terms of slow-moving, customer service and overall couldn't give a damn about their customers - kind of like that British comedy show about a department store in the 1950's/60's, it was called "Are you being served". Except that here, they don't even ask if you need assistance; because there's no one around and/or visible to provide assistance. They are all huddled together, generally out of view, moisturizing their hands or adjusting their clothing in the mirrors - anything other than being of assistance to their customers.
Good luck trying to find ANYONE at "service desks" to make your payment for purchases. If you make a scene, they'll tell you its a "big store". Hello? Excuse me? I have been to places in Asia, Dubai all over the world - in stores 2,000 times "bigger" than this place and they are well-staffed.
This place is a joke. It is a nasty shopping experience. If you are (a) retired or (b) independently wealthy enough to hang around the store all day to wait until someone decides to show up to take your credit card payment for purchases, good. If you are a busy person on a schedule, this place will drive you up the wall. I have made a personal vow to myself: I will never, ever grace their doorstep again, neither online nor in person. It is a miracle to me that this place is still in business.
