  • I can not speak highly enough of John F. Before moving to the State Street store, he was at the Peabody (North Shore mall) location, where I shopped with him for many years. He has an unsurpassed eye for color, shape, and fit, and I would hire him to dress me every day if I could. After moving to the west coast several years ago, I attempted to shop at BB locations in San Diego and Orange County but never found the same level of connection and just pure, unadulterated service as I found with John F. So, rather than mess with a good thing, I still rely on John F. to find clothing/gifts for both my fiance and me. Additionally, he might just be the best retail sleuth working today; he can track down a past-season tie from any random dark spot in the country. And, he's always so wonderful to work with! I mean, could he be more pleasant?!? :) BB prides itself on having sales associates who become like members of your family. John F. not only meets that standard, but he raises the bar and sets new standards which the rest of the company must follow.
