  • The three stars is for the fact that I can actually find my size there and the knowledge of fitting the associates have. The experience was less than pleasurable and I can't see going back. The woman I worked with (short with red hair) seemed to have very little experience with customer service. I've worked retail and have a degree in it from UW and I can clearly say that this is not her calling. She was there to get a job done and do it her way. A few of the bras that "fit" were uncomfortably tight in the rib cage and we're causing pain. She told me she did not want to take me up a band size. She said it would defeat the purpose and not give me enough support. My breasts were already lifted up to my chin for goodness sakes! If she didn't think it would work she could at least let me try it for myself. I'm not gonna wear a bra that is so tight I have back rolls while being a petite person and be wincing in pain the whole time. It was so strange. You'd think she'd want to make me happy. She definitely didn't seem to care if she had satisfied customers. Her demeanor the whole time was pretty off-putting. She even complimented herself during the fitting which was weird. She also didn't let me know if there were other colors in the items I was looking at; she really could have made a better sale. Anyway, I'd probably go back if she was let go. In the mean time I'd recommend going elsewhere!
