  • I have been coming here for several years and never received such awful service. I had called about 20 minutes ahead to make sure I had a spot and when I arrived and told the nail tech that I wanted my current set of acrylics taken off because they were over grown and nasty, and wanted a new set put on she relentlessly tried to talk me out of what I wanted due to the tedious nature of the task. When she finally agreed she spent the next hour and a half completely distracted with answering the phone, talking to her other coworkers in Vietnamese for long periods of time, and writing in the scheduling book. At one point she was cutting my tips down for my new set and wasn't even looking. This resulted in EVERY nail being a different length and shape. It finally got to the point where I had left with out even getting gel put on because I was so over her poor customer service. Now I'm out 40 dollars and am stuck with these awful nails for two weeks (or else my nails would fall off) until I can go to a new salon and get properly done acrylics. Extremely upset and never returning/recommending!!
