  • I have been a member since before they had the facility complete. I have some ok days but many more frustrating experiences. This facility has gone down hill quickly over the last several years with no concern for long time members. My husband has gone many mornings to exercise at 4 am (their opening time) to doors locked and no staff still at 4:30. Today they couldn't come up with a manager about a concern I had. They lost another loyal member today.
