I don't really want to give this place any stars.
We came here to buy a shoe. Fine no problem.
Came back to exchange for a smaller size and turns out the smaller size is cheaper. Ok sounds like a win. The gentleman process the difference onto a footlockers "gift card". Okay but why not back onto the card we paid with?
Here's the issue. We came back to turn the shoe altogether because found something else better elsewhere.
Not only did we have to wait at the register because they were having a nice long chat in the back. But they weren't able to process full refund the way we paid. We just want our damn money back, excuse my language. They said the gift card is something we'd have to keep. Non-refundable. WE never wanted the ridiculous gift card in the first place. We had to drive all the way back home to grab a card originally paid with and drive back to process the refund. We're selling the gift card because we no longer want to purchase from this company. We actually spoke to another shoe store at the same mall and they had mentioned this store has a lot of complaints and issues with their policies. I'm not surprised! Lack of customer service skills and a broken policy makes for difficult times.
Taking our money and time elsewhere.
