  • I was referred to Dr. McElgunn from my primary care doctor for a tiny little mole on one of my toes. After the 1.5 hour wait it took him maybe 5 minutes to do an assessment and tell me what I would only have to make yet another appointment for to get this tiny little mole removed. Ok... So then there comes the well how much is that going to cost only to be told by the office staff... Well we don't know that until it's done. We don't know what will have to be done.... Ummm yes you do.... you just made me come to a separate appointment to do just that! But please why don't you make me make yet another appointment so you can bill my insurance for another office visit. The office visit was less than helpful and Dr. McElgunn had poor bedside manner.
