  • This isn't a salon. It's one woman renting a booth from a studio style place. We scheduled an appointment for my girlfriend weeks ago for today at 11am. At 11:02 she sent my girlfriend a text message canceling her appointment. Completely unprofessional. I can't believe this person is in business. Didn't offer to reschedule, didn't answer her phone when called and didn't return voicemail. Would never recommend her regardless of how well she cuts hair since there is complete inability to run a business. I purchased a gift certificate and am in the process of getting a refund. Also, on a side note her area and various advertisements say open 9am to 6pm walk ins welcome and she apparently just doesn't show up whenever she feels like as well as not showing up for appointments.
