  • Valerie is my groomer for my dogs and she and her staff are great. However!, this review is to say something about compassion and customer service. I called Valerie with deep concern about our cat who had gotten her fur in a matted mess. This poor baby was in misery and the mats were starting to pull her skin. I work 10 hour days all the way across Vegas and Valerie offered to come to her shop early the next morning just to take care of Chesney. She was so gentle with Ches and was able to shave off all that awful hair. I only missed an hour of work and made it to my meeting. And my baby is so comfortable and happy. Valerie not only runs a superior grooming salon but her love of animals and dedication to her customers was beyond words. Thank you for taking care of all of us!
