  • Worst place for the price. Poorly built. Lots of eviction notices everywhere. Neighbors are horrible. It's like they just put the worst of the worst in one building lol. Cops are here all the time. People fighting and screaming. Next to the maverick that gets robbed twice a day. People having sex in the balcony and putting on a show for everyone late at night, pretty ghetto. No reason at all to live here. Long walks thru the hallways and up and down the elevator gets old pretty fast. No dog restriction but it has a really small dog park. You have a Roberto's next door which is always busy so a lot of traffic. Management is really cool and helpful.
